“If you are a buying a home, this is the guy you want. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and detailed. We have experience with other very well-reviewed inspectors that were nice enough, but when it came to the actual job they did the bare minimum for their report and we had to point out stuff that they missed. Ben found an important issue with our prospective home that a previous inspector had missed, which allowed us to negotiate and plan appropriately. “Finding a new home can be hard enough as it is. Adding onto it by the "conditions" and possibly buying a lemon with tones of fixes needed you really have to be mindful of a purchase like a home. That's where Ben took all the stress off. While we have bern looking for a long time he has never whimpered or complained about the amount of times I call with questions/ or to inspect a "possible" purchase. I had a problem with my house, had a contractor come and take a look and gave me an absurd guess as to the problem, an even more absurd estimate on the cost to fix it. I had Ben come out and take a look. He diagnosed the problem quickly (it wasn’t the same as what the contractor said) and even referee me a variety of contractors that were honest (at a much less cost!).
